Shiatsu

Traditional Chinese Medicine is a body of knowledge spanning over 5000 years of observing Nature and the Human body-mind-spirit in relationship to it. Shiatsu is one of the tools that can be used to apply this knowledge, using gentle pressure in specific points of the body to rebalance the energy flow of a person at all levels. The effects of receiving it from and expert can be a life changing experience, contained within the relaxing, revitalizing and grounding qualities of touch.

The combination of shiatsu and shamanic techniques that Diego uses in his sessions allows him to quickly pick up the energetic patterns that at the source of symptoms, sometimes saving years of inadequate medical or psychological treatments.

Notice: Diego’s healing sessions do not replace medical or professional psychological care. They are designed to enhance them and work perfectly well together.

Shamanism

Master Gregory Antyuhin calls himself the Shaman Without a Drum because he doesn’t use any of the substances or rituals common in many traditions, to connect with spirit. Diego trained with him for several years to see and work with the spiritual forces of Nature, the Chakras and the Five Parts of the Spirit. Pauline Sasaki also studied with him and integrated the shiatsu and the shamanic system theories and practice that Diego continues to develop in his work.

Meditation

There are many valid traditions that teach to meditate but there’s a unique way that will work for you once you break free from dogmas or rigidity in your practice. Diego’s approach is to find exactly what your energetic strengths and weaknesses are before taking up a meditation practice. In this way you will identify exactly what you need to work on to make the most impact on your quality of life and your spiritual development.

He likes ACTIVE MEDITATION techniques because the nature of the Mind is to be active, not still or blank. Asking a beginner to “leave your mind blank” is to put him right in front of the hardest obstacle as they try to take the first step. Energy is movement, so visualization techniques that involve movement are more conducive to feel the energy and to know yourself better at a deeper level.

Biological Decoding of Symptoms

Symptoms are messengers that point at specific issues that we need to look at.

It’s been observed that when an emotional conflict cannot be resolved psychologically, if the conflict is intense enough, lasts long enough and the person cannot talk about it with anyone, it will transform into a physical symptom. It has been studied that certain types of unresolved conflicts tend to manifest in certain types of body tissues. Looking at the symptom, we can understand what kind of unresolved conflict might have created it. Helping the person to identify and resolve the original conflict, most of the time will make the symptom disappear on its own.
