Embodying the Earth, Sky, Sun, Air, Clouds, Stars, Mineral, Ocean, Rain or Fire are some of the exercises we’ll learn to do in order to connect and feel the energies of these Spiritual Forces. Once we get to know how they feel, we can evoke their energy to help us work specific issues on ourselves, or others in a therapeutic environment.
Join a community of like minded people for 5 days of learning, meditation and energetic awareness practice, to support your self knowledge and development. There will be plenty of free time to relax, rest, walk, read or swim in the ocean.
NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS RETREAT
Stay by the ocean in Ohana House with spectacular views, first rate accommodation, healthy meals, near a sea-lion reserve where dolphins, whales and amazing birds can be watched in season. The price of the retreat includes accommodation (double or triple occupancy), all meals, classes (transport is not included).

Stay in a natural environment, near native ombu-tree woods, high sand dunes and a treasured spot for bird-watching.
Space availability is limited so early booking is advised
- The price of the retreat includes accommodation (double or triple occupancy), all meals, classes, transport from Montevideo airport to La Pedrera and back.
- It does not include air fare. For flights, please check from your destination to Montevideo, Uruguay. Alternatively, you can fly to Buenos Aires and cross over to Montevideo or Punta del Este airports in Uruguay (just a 30 minute flight).
- Health insurance is not included
- A non refundable deposit secures you a place. Balance to be paid in full, two weeks before the event
