Yoga in the morning and Energy Alignment Meditation techniques to connect with the spiritual aspects of Nature, as we travel around the Island to its most energetically interesting spots.

The morning classes will be in Trypiti town. The rest of the day we’ll be changing locations around the island to enjoy the beauty and experience of the amazing energetic spots. We’ll come back to Trypiti in the evening.

The retreat price includes classes and the car rental to move around the island. We can suggest accommodation details but it should be arranged directly according to your budget and taste.
