Gli sforzi per proteggersi\, perpetua una dualità che finisce per essere punitiva\, se non si fa il rituale in modo giusto\, o sempre si porta addosso l’amuleto\, per essere sicuri.  Non vuol dire che uno non si dovrebbe proteggere contro alcune minacce reali che camminano per la strada\, ma a seconda di come si vive questa esperienza può essere un costante calvario (anche in assenza di una minaccia reale)\, o di un dettaglio normale della vita sul pianeta che ci ha toccato.\n \nNella prospettiva dello Shiatsu (e la Medicina Tradizionale Cinese) la scelto si a partire dall’energia dell’intestino tenue\, che è ciò che seleziona e assimila ciò che ci serve\, e poi lo integra.  Anche lascia passare ciò che non ci serve per lo smaltimento. Secondo chi siamo\, è che scegliamo uno o l’altro per noi\, in modo che la scelta è strettamente legata alla identità. Se non so chi sono\, non so scegliere la cosa giusta per me.\n \n \nLe decisioni vengono prese dalla energia della cistifellea e\, una volta prese\, parte la energia del fegato\, che ha anche le funzioni di pianificazione e gestione delle risorse per raggiungere l’obiettivo desiderato.  Ad esempio\, il coraggio di lottare e cambiare le cose\, si trova in questa energia\, così come la rabbia e la frustrazione\, quando non riusciamo a farlo.\n \nL’energia di questi meridiani ed organi a loro volta è regolata dal terzo chakra (nel sistema di Ayurveda in India) il cui il diritto principale è il diritto di fare. Qui si apre un capitolo gigante che é migliore viverlo dalla esperienza\, per esempio da semplici esercizi di attivazione dei chakra\, per avere un’idea di ciò che significano per ogni uno. E ‘molto comune che al fare gli esercizi\, si ottiene una informazione personale precisa di come si utilizza l’energia di azione\, o gli ostacoli che tendono a ripetersi regolarmente quando si agisce. Le possibilità sono tante come ci sono persone nel mondo\, e teorizzare su di esso\, è nel migliore dei casi\, una storia troppo lunga per lo scopo di questo articolo.\n \n \nE ‘interessante vedere un altro punto di vista possibile\, che vedo più comunemente nella mia pratica clinica: le dinamiche transgenerazionali.\n \nQuante volte scegliamo dal telecomando del mandato familiare\, senza idea che cosa stiamo facendo? Si sceglie moglie\, il lavoro\, gli amici e anche le malattie in base non solo per l’identità individuale\, ma anche dei mandati della famiglia di origine. A volte ti può arrivare un buon mandato\, come sperperare la fortuna del nonno in arte o filantropia\, ma di solito i mandati che ci sono in giro per noi\, sono il sacrificio per i bambini\, essere fedeli a ripetere il fallimento di qualche lontano parente\, farsi annullare per il lavoro\, subire la violenza in famiglia\, ecc.   Se ci si rende conto che non è solo uno che decide\, potrebbe anche staccarsi dal mandati con cui è in disaccordo e la avere la libertà da tali interferenze nella scelta. Non è così complicato come potrebbe sembrare\, e ci lascia molto più leggeri dopo il rilascio.\n \n \nMi piace quando i giovani hanno accesso a queste informazioni e la utilizzano.  Mi commuovo quando ci prende già più vecchi e ci rendiamo conto le cose che abbiamo perso\, al scegliere sbagliato la prima volta. \n \nAi miei maturi 25 anni\, ho ricevuto il mio primo shiatsu e rimasto scioccato (il meccanismo di shock è un’altra funzione dell’energia del intestino tenue\, che si attiva quando non siamo in grado di assimilare l’esperienza che stiamo vivendo\, allora lo lascia in “stand -by” fino a nuovo avviso).  \n \nLo shock è stato di come mi sentivo bene! Non durò a lungo\, perché ho partito subito per trovare un libro di shiatsu\, che m’ha cambiato la mia vita.  Ma allo stesso tempo mi è dispiaciuto troppo: ho detto -come è stato che ho perso tutto questo fino ad ora?
