J’étais très surprise qu’il accepte et qu’il m’intègre dans son parcours européen. Diego se rend deux fois par an en Europe (Grèce\, Suisse\, Autriche\, Pays-Bas\,…). Passionné de shiatsu\, Diego Sanchez a le mérite d’être connu dans le monde francophone. \n  \n\n\n\n\n\nMais qui est Diego Sanchez?\n\n\n\n\n\nDiego pratique et enseigne le shiatsu et la méditation depuis plus de 30 ans. \nIl est spécialisé dans l’accompagnement des patients gravement malades grâce au shiatsu et aux techniques chamaniques. \nNé et élevé en Uruguay\, il a vécu dans plusieurs pays européens avant de s’installer à New York. Il était présent lors des attentats du 11 septembre et a travaillé à Ground Zero et ailleurs\, dispensant du shiatsu aux secouristes\, à la police et à l’armée. \nIl faisait partie de l’équipe du programme de médecine intégrative du Dr Oz à l’hôpital presbytérien Columbia\, dispensant du shiatsu aux patients ayant subi une opération à cœur ouvert ou une greffe d’organe en unité de soins intensifs. \nIl a travaillé plus de 6 ans comme bénévole dans un centre de soutien aux personnes atteintes de cancer\, du VIH et du sida\, ainsi que dans un service de soins palliatifs à New York. \nIl vit actuellement en Uruguay\, où il organise des retraites internationales et enseigne régulièrement en Europe et aux États-Unis. Il parle espagnol\, anglais\, français\, italien et portugais. \nIl est membre du registre de la Shiatsu Society du Royaume-Uni (MRSS)\, diplômé en thérapie corporelle asiatique (NCCAOM)\, praticien certifié (C.P.) par l’AOBTA aux États-Unis et massothérapeute agréé (LMT) dans l’État de New York. \n  \n\n\n\n\n\nOù a-t-il étudié le shiatsu et avec quel professeur ?\n\n\nIl vivait en France lorsqu’il a découvert le shiatsu\, puis il a  déménagé en Angleterre pour se former au Shiatsu College de Londres. Il était  très chanceux d’avoir été formée avec des professeurs et des camarades de classe aussi formidables. \nCertains de ses professeurs lui avaient  dit avoir appris des choses très intéressantes auprès de Pauline Sasaki. Après sa formation\, il est allé à New York et il a rencontré Pauline. Elle lui a donné une séance et l’a invitée à dîner avec son mari. Jusque-là\, il pensait que même si le shiatsu était sa voie\, il devrait avoir un autre emploi pour payer ses factures et pratiquer le shiatsu à côté. Mais cette conversation lui a fait réaliser que je pouvais survivre en tant que praticien de shiatsu. \nElle a été une source d’inspiration pour lui et s’est formé formée avec elle pendant les huit années qui ont suivi. Il a  réalisé un documentaire sur elle intitulé « Le Potentiel Humain » \n  \n\n\n\n\n\nMaître Gregory Antyuhin se surnomme lui-même le « Chaman sans tambour » car il n’utilise aucune substance ni aucun rituel courant dans de nombreuses traditions pour se connecter à l’esprit. Diego s’est formé auprès de lui pendant plusieurs années pour observer et travailler avec les forces spirituelles de la nature\, les chakras et les cinq parties de l’esprit. \nPauline Sasaki a également étudié auprès de lui et a intégré le shiatsu et les théories et pratiques du système chamanique que Diego continue de développer dans son travail. \nLa combinaison de techniques shiatsu et chamaniques que Diego utilise dans ses séances lui permet de détecter rapidement les schémas énergétiques qui sont à la source des symptômes\, économisant parfois des années de traitements médicaux ou psychologiques inadéquats. \n  \n\n\n\n\nLe stage en lui-même\n\n\n\n\n\nLa majorité du travail lors de ce stage sera de la pratique. Without ego\, we need to own our part of that change especially if it’s a success.\nIn my personal experience I realized that being felt was an essential part of my motivation to be a healer.\nIn this course we’ll work on practical exercises to develop sensitivity in such a way that we get the confirmation of what is the result of our intervention in REAL TIME.
