During the seminar, we will be guided through simple exercises based on expanding our self-perception to discover our personal energy map.
We will explore:
– the chakra system
– the meridian system of Chinese medicine
– connecting with the elements of nature, to sense those that most support you
– the type of support you receive from your past, your present, and your vision of the future.
With this valuable information, you will be able to create a specific and targeted meditation, rather than following general formulas that don’t always apply to your individuality.
