– Theoretical framework to integrate chakras and meridians in diagnosis and treatment.
– Benefits of looking through the perspective of these two models of health to organize energetic or intuitive information arising from the client’s condition in a coherent way.
– Treatment options based on the intuitive information gathered and organized through the TCM and Ayurvedic models.
– Exercises to enhance your perception of energy
– Chakras: theory, self-discovery exercises and practical applications in the clinical setting.
– Manual techniques to work with chakras and their spinning directions
– Yin/Yang and it’s meaning in Ayurveda: liberation and manifestation streams of ki.
– Qi Gong exercises to activate chakras.
– Fast energy-diagnostic tools.
-Using tsubos (acupoints) as chakras.
– Common symptoms that can be resolved with chakra/meridian combination.

Course Objectives
At the end of this course, participants will be able to:

describe how to incorporate and integrate energetic evaluation and treatment into their clinical practice settings.

describe the main elements of, and the main coincidences between the theory of Traditional Asian Medicine and of Ayurveda: energy/prana, yin-yang/ liberation and manifestations streams, meridians/nadis, 5 elements/ 3 doshas.

summarize the therapeutic benefits of a meridian & chakra combination approach to patients/clients.

define main functions of 12 principal meridians and principal 7 chakras.

demonstrate 6 meridian stretching exercises (Makko Ho’s).

demonstrate appropriate use of touch in energetic points.

demonstrate appropriate use of touch according to the environment: office, hospital, home.

quickly identify symptoms or behaviors of yin or yang nature and determine appropriate treatment strategies.

demonstrate chakra rotation exercises to activate energetic activity in chakras.

demonstrate a specific alignment of the spine to increase practitioner’s energetic awareness and range of vision.

perceive own energetic processes.

perceive clients energetic reactions.

keep a conscious connection with the energy flow between practitioner and client.
